What area do you service?
We're based in Keysborough and service Melbourne and surrounding regions. Travel fees may apply beyond a set radius — contact us for a quote.
How much space does the booth need?
We recommend a minimum of 3×3m of clear floor space with at least 2.4m ceiling clearance.
Can we customise the print design?
Yes. Diamond Signature and Platinum Premiere include custom print overlay design. Silver Reflect includes a choice from our standard template library.
Are prints really instant?
Yes. Every capture is printed on-site using a professional dye-sublimation printer — guests typically have their print within 15–20 seconds.
Do you stay for the whole event?
Yes. A professional mirror attendant is included with every package for the full duration of your active hire.
What happens if something goes wrong on the night?
We carry backup equipment and our attendant manages everything on-site. In the rare event of a technical issue we'll work to resolve it immediately.
